A bold Pinot Noir with a deep ruby colour, Aromas of cherry, raspberry and a hint of earthy forest floor, Medium-bodied with plum, red fruit and mineral undertones, 6 months in 100% new Limousin Forest French Oak 300-litre Hogshead barrels. Limousin is a colder forest, so it has slower-growing oak, and the wood is a finer grain that imparts fewer oak flavours. Smooth with soft tannins and a subtle complex aftertaste.
